Ingredients:
Per 10g: Retinol Acetate (Vitamin A) 200 IU, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 0.24mg, Folic Acid 0.045mg, Albumin 2g, Biotin, 0.002mg, Thiamine Hydrochloride 0.094mg, Ascorbic Acid 10mg, Starch-maize (hydrolysed) 7.5g, Vitamin K 0.2mg, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 0.08mg, Magnesium Sulphate 45mg, Probiotics 0.1g, Sodium Chloride 110.2mg, Cyanocobalamin 0.001mg, Nicotinic Acid 1.0mg, Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 25 IU, Potassium Chloride 76.8mg, D-alpha-tocopherol Actate 0.5mg, Calcium Pantothenate 0.248mg, Choline Bitartrate 8.0mg, Calcium Gluconate 58.0mg.

Directions:
Mix 10g (2 scoops) of Poly Aid Plus with 5mL (1 scoop) of water to make into a slurry and administer the slurry once or twice daily. Discard any unused portion. Make up slurry fresh as required and use as necessary until the bird is eating normally.
